The. UP. Fighting. Maroons. (and my sentiments)

ok. so i saw Martin Reyes while i was heartfully eating siomai for my lunch. He was there behind me and the other girl who was eating her half-long hotdog sandwich. He was with two other guys who i think are not part of the team. They're just his friends.

Well, he IS tall, as i expected. Of course, for you to be able to be an effective basketball player, you really need height. But don't get me wrong. I am not saying that the taller you are, the better you are as a player. It really depends, actually.

Oh well, I was just overwhelmed by the feeling of seeing another UP Fighting Maroon in person. Could I say "starstruck"? (ang babaw ko noh.. haha..) If I'm not mistaken, Martin Reyes is the third player to be on my list of "Players Seen in Person" a.k.a "PSP". (haha..imbento!!) The first one is Mark Lopez (17), followed by Dexter Rosales (6). They are my classmates in Eng1 so i see them every Tuesdays and Fridays, 1:00-2:30 pm. Am i happy? Well, not really, but rather proud. Imagine, seeing someone in person who are only seen by most people on television!

Ok, so call me shallow (as in "mababaw") or OA, but i really don't care. As long as i am happy with my life and i still love what i am doing, i won't listen to what other people say. I would still continue to fight. (ha?? anong koneksyon sa kwento?! hahaha..)

So there. i am currently conducting a "UP Fighting Maroon Hunt". As in as much as possible, i try to see in person all the players i see on tv. But hey, i am not a stalker. And I never will. I am already satisfied seeing them on campus. I am not a fan. Just a UP supporter. I do not watch live games. Just on tv. (can't afford to buy a ticket eh.. haha..) And lastly, I do not hate nor denounce the UP Fighting Maroons. In fact i tried as much as possible to watch all their games, but unfortunately missed one. It's just that i am really disappointed with their games. It's not the players that I do not like, but the way they play and how they face each game.

Oh well. I only had the idea of posting this because of Kuya Martin. (haha.. close?!?) And by the way, UP lost again in their game with Adamson University. 95-76. What a close fight!! (*sarcastic*) Oh anyways, I do not want to elaborate further (redundant ata..). I might be misunderstood and my comments and opinions misinterpreted.

p.s: i am just wondering, when will i have the chance to see Chris Tiu? IN PERSON?!? (as in like, he's just in front of me, smiling oh so sweetly!! omg.. go on jesse.. keep on dreaming.)

**bat naman kasi kelangan pang mag-english?!? palpak naman... bwahaha... **
